Return, Exchange & Refund Policy – KUSUM ESSENTIALS


At KUSUM ESSENTIALS, every piece is packed with love and care.


Since we deal in lingerie and intimate wear, hygiene and quality are our top priorities.


1. No Return / Exchange Policy


We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered, except in cases where:


• The product is damaged, or


• You have received a wrong item.


2. Damaged or Wrong Product


If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:


• Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.


• You must share:

– An unboxing video (from the moment the parcel is opened, without cuts), and

– Clear pictures of the damaged or wrong item.


Once verified, we will offer:


• A replacement, or


• A store credit (depending on availability).


3. Conditions for Replacement


• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.


• Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement.


• We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet our return policy terms.


4. Cancellation Policy


• Orders can be cancelled only before shipping.


• Once dispatched, cancellations or modifications are not possible.


5. Refunds


We do not offer refunds for any orders unless the issue is verified as a genuine case of damage or wrong delivery.


Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
